All sales are final
Every Rustic Memories item is handmade to order just for you, so all sales are final and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email us at rusticmemories25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund until we begin making them. Once production starts, we are unable to cancel.
